The Advisory Committee
A 45-member plus Advisory Committee composed of county stakeholders
has been formed to guide the work of WVDOT and its consultants. The
Committee serves as a sounding board for the planners, reviews technical reports and findings, and
tests ideas and proposals. The
Committee represents a wide range of local interests. State and local
officials, representatives from local institutions and businesses,
cyclists, and conservationists all have a place at the table. Since the
beginning of the study, the Advisory Committee has met six times.
